Your privacy matters to us. We with the exception of the printing company we use, will never share your details with any other external companies.
Who am I?
I am a sole trader (photographer), and I can be contacted on this website via the ‘Let’s chat’ form on both the ‘About’ page, and ‘Contact’ page. My address is: Charlotte van Putten Photography, Houtwal 36, 6443AW, Brunssum, Nederland. Please note, this is my personal address, and I have no bricks and mortar shop for you to visit. My KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number is 86594036.
What information do we collect?
Only the information deemed absolutely necessary will be collected from you. Ie, your name, address, phone number and email address. These details are collected solely for fulfilling your purchase, but will be shared with the company who does my printing, as they themselves will send your artwork directly to you. Only the information you voluntarily provided to us by you is collected. It is stored securely until your order is despatched and received by you.
How do we use your personal information?
Purely for fulfilling your order. We need a name and address to send it to. It will never be used for marketing, surveys, or passed on to any other entities.
When do we share personal data?
At the time of purchase, your details will be passed on to our printing company. At no other time will your information be shared. It will be encrypted
How long do we keep your data for?
For tax purposes, your basic information may be stored electronically (encrypted) for up to 2 years. Your details will not be used during this time, other than for tax or legal purposes. After this time, it will simply be deleted
