Placing an order and delivery

Placing an order is as simple as selecting the size of print that you would like.  The prints are printed by Charlotte herself.  All prints can be made on to canvas wall art and/or framed and mounted. For these, we use an external printing specialist, therefore it will take a little longer as they are made to order. Kindly contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a quote for framed prints and canvas wall arts. We ship to most countries worldwide. Should you country not be listed at checkout, feel free to contact us so we can add it, if possible.

Your print(s) will usually be ready within 5 working days (usually much quicker), and will then be despatched immediately. The delivery time is, unfortunately, out of our hands. You can see an estimated time on the checkout page. During busy holiday times, it could take longer. We use a mix of postal services and couriers, always striving to use the cheapest and quickest possible. In most cases, you will receive your print within 12 working days, or less, depending on where you are in the world.

All items on this site are inclusive of Dutch BTW (VAT).

Refunds

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us so we can work together to rectify it.  We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, of course, but fully understand that colours may look different on certain screens, or quite simply the item doesn't fit in with your decor. You may return any item that is not bespoke for whatever reason, no questions asked, within 30 days of receipt. The only things we ask is that it is returned in new condition and with the original packaging, and we ask you to notify us first so that we can be sure to be available to accept it. The costs of delivery and return postage are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be issued, minus the delivery costs.

Of course, if you are happy with Charlotte's work, we would love it if you'd give a testimonial or review!  But we will never ask you for one.
