Placing an order and delivery

Placing an order is as simple as selecting the size and mount/frame, canvas or print that you would like.  Some prints are printed by Charlotte herself, and others will be passed on to a printing company. She uses various printing specialists, depending on the medium, and your location. As such, there are rarely any import/custom fees. If you do receive an import or customs bill, kindly forward it to us so we can refund it to you, as it is included in the prices. We ship to most countries worldwide.

 

If a printing company is fulfilling your order, we will pass your details on to them so they can dispatch it directly to you. This is partly to keep the postage costs as low as possible but more importantly for environmental reasons. Your print will usually be ready for despatch within 5 working days.  This also avoids any delay in waiting for us to receive it and then resend it to you. This of course means that we will share your name and contact details with them so they can fulfil your order.  The delivery time is out of our and the printers hands, but you should receive your item(s) within 12 working days from the date you order but this can vary during busy times.

All items on this site are inclusive of Dutch BTW (VAT).

Refunds

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us so we can work together to rectify it.  We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, of course, but fully understand that colours may look different on certain screens, or quite simply the item doesn't fit in with your decor. You may return any item that is not bespoke for whatever reason, no questions asked, within 30 days of receipt. The only things we ask is that it is returned in new condition and with the original packaging, and we ask you to notify us first so that we can be sure to be available to accept it. The costs of delivery and return postage are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be issued, minus the delivery costs.

Of course, if you are happy with Charlotte's work, we would love it if you'd give a testimonial or review!  But we will never ask you for one.
